This is a Factory OE catalytic converter for all carbureted Fiat cars from 1975-80.
This includes Fiat 124, X1/9, 128, 131 and Strada.
Notice the triangular, three-bolt mounting flanges and tap for temperature probe.
Aftermarket converters are not the same as OE.
They often have fitment problems, short lifespan, and many are not certified for use by states that require emission inspection. An OE unit assures a trouble-free trip for testing.
