This is a Factory OE motor mount for engine upper side of all Fiat or Bertone X1/9s from 1973-88 and Fiat 128 cars.
aka the "snail shell" or "duck foot" mount.

Bolts to the engine block and is used to hold the cam belt tensioner spring.
