This is a black 3-point seat belt retractor for Fiat and Bertone X1/9s from 1978-79.
Look closely, this has a "T" shaped buckle that works with 1978-79 wire cable style receivers only.
Fits passenger or driver's side. One-piece plastic cover.

This item is in good condition and operates smoothly. Plastic cover is uncracked, and nylon webbing is smooth.
Black painted metal tab and guide may need to be refinished.
