Exhaust Header Assy - Long Tube (Fiat 124 Spider + Coupe Carbureted w/o Converter) - NEW
This is a long-tube exhaust header for carbureted Fiat 124 Spider and Coupe version cars. The components here are tailored for vehicles up to 1978 but can be used on later cars as well.
Header is mild steel, 4 into 2.
1 3/4" collector / outlet.
The 2-1 downpipe is mild steel, with non-catalytic converter shape (i.e. no dog-leg to passenger side to allow fitment of a converter) as was possible on cars up to 1978.

This is a courtesy light with chrome bezel as fitted to the console of all Fiat 124 Spider cars from 1968-82, and other Italian cars of the period.
Has the original stainless steel surround on the light.

This is a freshly rebuilt 5-speed transmission for all Fiat 124 Spider and Coupe cars, 1969-71 with 1438cc engines and 200mm clutch..
For use on cars with traditional rear differential. Not for 1968-early 69 w/Torque Tube rear end.
Has internal speedometer drive gear that is compatible with 4.3:1 final drive ratio differential.
REQUIRES 9 Tooth Speedometer Drive Assembly, Reverse Light Switch, and Shifter Extension Assembly. Transfer these items from your existing transmission, or they are available separately if needed.
The price shown is based on using your existing core transmission as the basis for the rebuild.
Add $250 if you need to purchase a complete transmission outright.

All work performed in-house by Midwest Bayless. This box has been fully disassembled, and any/all worn components and all seals and gaskets have been replaced. Every item is inspected and measured for tolerances, and replaced if necessary, including bearings, synchros, sliding sleeves, gears, shift forks, shift rails etc. Case is media blasted for a super-clean appearance.
