This is a stock 10-bolt cylinder head assembly for carbureted 1500 Fiat X1/9s from 1979-80.
Includes valves, springs, retainers, fitted with stock camshaft and cam housing, shimmed and ready to install.
Accepts 12mm head studs/bolts. Notice the shape of the combustion ports, they are more efficient than 1300 heads, although offer lower overall compression.
Notice the three ports on the spark-plug side of the head: Two for coolant temperature sensors, one for air-pump input that will need to be blocked if not used.
Excellent candidate for fitment to a 1300 block, as it is ready to accept 12mm bolts/studs.
Condition: REBUILT
Beadblasted and cleaned prior to rebuild. Freshly milled head face and cam tower face .005 with mirror finish to ensure straightness. New valve springs, steel valve guides, refaced OEM valves, and new valve stem seals.
