This is a Factory OE metal heater control bezel for any Fiat 124 Spider or Coupe.
It surrounds the heater control levers in the center console. These tended to crack or break. This style does not have lighted ideograms, as supplied on cars up to 1974, but can be used in later cars without issue.
May be one of the two styles shown in the images.
Don't be fooled by flimsy plastic reproductions. Your original metal unit made it 30+ years before it broke from the driver leaning on it while entering/exiting the car. A plastic unit probably won't last the season.

Good used condition, shiny face with no cracks or damage, and minimal weathering. Red and Blue arrows are present.
