IMPORTANT NOTICE! -  We have chosen to offer this product in  7.9mm (5/16") high pressure hose for Fiat and Lancia L-Jet fuel injection applications, and have removed 7.5mm high pressure fuel hose from our product offerings.   

We have done this because of direct experience that 7.5mm hose available on market today will prematurely deteriorate when subjected to high ethanol content.

This is high-pressure fuel line compliant with SAE 30R9 / DIN 73379 with 7.9mm ID, suitable for use on all Fiat cars with Bosch Fuel Injection applications. 145psi working pressure with 700psi burst rating. 

Please note that this fuel line is .4mm larger in diameter than stock fuel hose, and should not be used with the original "collar-lock" installation process.

Fuel Injection style hose clamps (13-15 size, available separately) are highly recommended to be used at each end of the hose that is being replaced.

This is a flexible high pressure fuel line replacement kit for Fuel Injected Fiat 124 and 131 cars from late 1980 on, which uses the correct SAE 30R9 / DIN 73379 with a 7.9mm ID, 2working pressure with 700psi burst rating.

This kit includes:

  • 4 x 60mm Fuel Injector Lines
  • 1 x 80mm Cold Start Injector Line 
  • 1 x 230mm Fuel Inlet Line
  • 2 x 600mm Bulk Line for Cut-to-Fit replacement of Return and Fuel Pump and Fuel Filter Lines
  • 1 x 100mm Fuel Pressure Regulator Vacuum Line
  • 8 High Pressure Hose Clamps.

NOTE:  12mm fuel supply hose, from tank to fuel pump, is sold separately.  3 feet is required. 

Low-pressure carbureted fuel lines will bulge and weaken under the high-pressure of the fuel pump. A fuel line replacement should be performed on any Fuel Injected Fiat that has more than 75K miles or has the head and injection system off for any reason.
