This is a Factory OE front countershaft bearing for Fiat 124 Spider and Coupe with 5-Spd and 4-Spd transmissions to 1972. 50mm OD.  Also used on Fiat 1500 cars.

Later transmissions use a bearing that is larger in diameter.
