A Factory OE, small-capacity rectangular wiper fluid bag by CAVIS or FOREDIT without pump as fitted to Fiat 850, 124-series and other models through 1972.
Later cars were fitted with a slightly larger bag.
Also applicable to other Italian cars of the era.
205mm tall. Mounting holes are 120mm (4 3/4") apart. Check yours closely, earlier cars varied in width of mounting studs.
